Cooling metal plate in the medical field
The system is designed for cooling the medical equipments.
In the process of the operation, the equipments will produce
a lot of heat, which will damaged the surrounding healthy
tissues, so the heat must be dissipated.
Air dehumidifiers
In the cooling system, the humidity is very high, when it
gets exchanged with the air of center, it will coagulate into
liquid, thus will destroy the equipments. The system is made
up of heat exchange module, and using the hot-end in the place
where it need to dehumidify.
Medical cooling system
This is a huge cold plate, its size is 250mm x 250mm; under
the situation of a 0 temperature difference, it can provide
600W's refrigeration output. The surface of the plate was
covered with a layer of fluorid to improve its wear resistance.
There is a fan to cool the hot-end.
The air-conditioning cooler of the semiconductor industry
